Description
Here's a screenshot of my presentation from the Canadian Paleontological Conference 2016.
I was invited there to give a talk on paleoart - super exciting to speak to paleontologists about trends they might not be aware of, like the All Yesterdays movement! I ended up getting the Thomas E Bolton award for best student presentation, which was quite cool.
This screenshot is kinda poor quality, so I'll replace it with something crisper in a couple days. ALSO the first three poses are copied from famous pieces of paleoart (by Charles Knight, Robert Bakker, and Greg Paul).

1890s: cold-blooded bipedal lizard
1970s: fast and active with a horizontal posture, but shrink-wrapped and scaled
1990s: same as 1970 except it has a few feathers as an afterthought
2000s: same as 1990 except it now has primaries and brighter plumage
2010s: flightless eagle, more recognizable as a bird than a reptile
Does this sound about right?
